Terms of use
Use the workspace for coordination; confirm decisions with their source.
This development-stage page is a plain-language platform-use summary, not a complete contract or legal advice. Before production launch, the owner must approve jurisdiction-specific terms, entity details, governing law, dispute process, pricing if any, and service/support commitments.
Accounts and authorized use
Users are responsible for keeping credentials private and using only the workspace granted to their role and organization. Staff access may depend on an active approved membership. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another person's or organization's records.
Student information and decisions
Students are responsible for reviewing information they provide and confirming official requirements with universities, test providers, lenders and authorities. A profile or recommendation workflow does not itself establish eligibility or an outcome.
Applications and university review
A student may authorize an internal application submission; only permitted staff submit it within AdmitCampus. Unless a separately verified integration is explicitly described, the platform does not transmit the application to an external university system.
Offers, payments and immigration records
Offers, payment evidence, CAS/I-20/CoE references, visa milestones and enrollment statuses are records. Their presence is not proof of official validity, money receipt, visa approval or enrollment unless the relevant source and evidence confirm it.
Partner access and consent
Agency and lender access is limited by organization, assignment, case state, consent and document grants. Users must not copy, disclose or reuse student records outside the permitted workflow.
Availability and no outcome promise
Features can be unavailable where a service provider is not configured, records are absent, or workflows have not been enabled. AdmitCampus does not guarantee admission, scholarships, loan approval, visa issuance, payment processing or enrollment.
Owner completion required
These terms require legal review and replacement or supplementation with the owner's approved production terms before public commercial use.
