For universities
A university admissions management workspace for shared application review.
AdmitCampus is designed to connect a university's approved catalog with applications routed to that institution. University staff work within their organization boundary, while students and consultancy staff follow their own permissions.
Maintain an approved catalog
University organizations can manage campus, program and intake records through the university workspace when their organization has been approved and the relevant staff membership is active. Public discovery only shows approved records with current active offerings.
- Catalog records have a university and organization context.
- A campus or intake can be inactive without deleting historical application records.
- Public visibility does not create or imply an admissions partnership beyond the published record.
Review applications routed to your institution
The application review workflow is tied to the application’s university. University reviewers can record supported review states, request information and record an outcome. Tenant scoping prevents access to another institution's application records.
- Review actions are recorded in application history.
- Requests for information do not by themselves change external university systems.
- Offers are institution-issued records entered by authorized university users.
Keep offer details explicit
Where offer management is enabled, an offer can include issue and expiry dates, conditions, scholarship details and associated documents. The student can record acceptance or decline through the platform; this record does not substitute for any separate official acceptance process the institution requires.
Work within consent and data boundaries
Application access is organization-scoped and role-checked. Document access is tied to permitted application use and explicit document-version grants where the model requires them. University staff do not receive unrestricted access to unrelated student records.
Know the external boundaries
AdmitCampus is an internal coordination and recordkeeping platform. It does not send applications to a university SIS, make admission decisions, collect tuition through a payment gateway or issue CAS, I-20 or CoE documents unless a future explicitly configured integration is introduced.
Common questions
Can any university user see the full platform catalog?
University access is tied to active membership and the user's organization. Catalog management and application review require the appropriate server-side permissions.
Are applications submitted directly to a university system?
No external university integration is claimed. The platform records internal application submission and review history.
Can a university issue an offer in AdmitCampus?
The offer workflow supports records created by authorized university staff where enabled. The institution remains responsible for the accuracy and official validity of its offer.
Does a document request grant access to every student file?
No. Document and application access remain scoped. Explicit document-version permissions apply where required.
