Education loans
Track a loan case with consent and lender access in view.
Education-loan application tracking in AdmitCampus is designed to coordinate student requests with one lender organization per case. The platform records workflow status; the lender remains responsible for underwriting, terms and decisions.
A separate case for each lender
A student can create separate loan cases for different lenders. Each case is scoped to one lender organization and its assigned bank staff, rather than opening the student's full account to a financial institution.
Consent is specific and revocable
Lender access requires current student consent for the case and the applicable scope. Consent has a bounded expiry and can be withdrawn. Revocation should stop future access through service policies, even when an audit record is retained.
Documents are explicitly granted
A loan case does not automatically expose all student files. Document access is tied to selected document versions and the case's current permissions. A newly uploaded version is not assumed to inherit an earlier grant.
Review and status are not a credit decision
Authorized bank staff may review permitted case data, record a request or a decision, and update supported workflow statuses. AdmitCampus does not score credit, approve a loan, create a sanction letter, disburse funds or connect to a payment gateway.
Keep payment evidence distinct
A student or staff entry describing a payment is not proof that funds were received. Evidence review and reconciliation must be recorded separately before an amount can be presented as verified.
Common questions
Can one bank browse all students?
No. A bank user needs an active lender organization membership, a case assignment, valid case state and current student consent.
Can a lender access every uploaded document?
No. Access requires an explicit grant for the relevant document version and must remain within the loan case scope.
Does a loan status mean funds were disbursed?
No. Disbursement is a separate milestone and should only be recorded when supported by the lender's verified evidence.
Does AdmitCampus recommend or approve a loan?
No. Loan eligibility, pricing, underwriting and approval are decided by the lender, not the platform.
