Education counselling
Experienced guidance for a well-prepared study abroad plan.
Good education counselling starts with listening. Our counselors help students understand their academic profile, compare relevant course and destination options, and prepare for the steps involved in applying to an international university.
Start with the student's goals
Counseling should reflect a student's subject interests, academic history, preferred location and plans after study. A conversation helps identify questions to research; it does not predetermine admission eligibility.
- Explore options using the information available for each course.
- Confirm requirements and deadlines with the institution.
- Keep the student's choices and consent central.
Prepare without overstating readiness
Profile, education, test, preference and document records help staff identify missing information. A completion indicator is not a university eligibility check. Requirements depend on the institution, program and intake data available.
Respect student authorization
A student may authorize submission, but only authorized Counselor or Admin staff can submit an application. Internal submission is distinct from transmission to an external institution.
Prepare and follow through
Students may need help understanding application records, documents and next steps. Counselors can support preparation and track recorded progress; universities and authorities decide outcomes. A fee is not treated as received without verification, and a visa or enrollment outcome is not inferred from an expectation.
Keep notes and sensitive records scoped
Counseling notes and student data require server-side access checks. Organization membership alone does not authorize access to every student's private record; record-level assignment and policy checks still apply.
Common questions
Can counselors see every student in the organization?
No. Record-level policies require assignment or explicit access where applicable, in addition to an active membership and permission.
Can a counselor submit an application?
Only a Counselor or Admin who has the required permission and record access can submit after the student's authorization is recorded.
Does profile completion mean an application is ready?
No. Completion summarizes saved student data. Readiness must be validated against the actual application and program requirements.
Are calls automatically recorded?
No telephony integration is implied. A call outcome exists only if a staff member records it through a supported workflow.
