Maintaining nurturing and protecting the environment is a global priority As a result understanding the environment and providing innovative solutions using new and emerging technologies has never been more important Take the first step toward an in-demand respected and vital career helping the planet with Fanshawe s Environmental Technology program Over three years of environmental training and 12 to 16 months of paid co-op placement you will study and gain experience in environmental processes that provides foundational knowledge of air water and waste management issues The environmental course curriculum includes bacteriology analytical chemistry air pollution meteorology water quality management industrial hygiene and hydrogeology This environmental program emphasizes measurement and analysis techniques as well as legislation for air water and waste
