Nutrition as a science has evolved into a recognised discipline of its own over the last 50 years As a subject of interest nutrition has never been more popular However given its importance the need for properly qualified nutritionists has never been greater Our nutrition and food science courses are ranked second in the UK by The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021 and second by the Complete University Guide 2021 We also achieved 100 per cent overall satisfaction for this course in the National Student Survey 2019
