Today s Human Resource professional plays a leading role in contributing to the overall strategy of the organization As the organization s strategy shifts to accommodate changes in the economy technology globalization and the demographics of a multi-generational workforce the HR professional must provide a depth of expertise and the ability to adapt HR s contribution to that strategy To meet that need National Louis University offers a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development HRMD through two formats an online option and on-campus option M S in Human Resource Management and Development is also offered as a dual degree program with concurrent enrollment in M S in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
