This part-time course is designed for those who wish to pursue their career and interests in leadership and management Focused and pragmatic the PgCert PgDip and MA all offer a variety of support and are targeted at managers at all stages of their career The course aims to develop both the intellectual frameworks and practical skills managers need to operate in dynamic and complex work environments In doing so it aims to build an understanding of the nature of organizations and the external context within which leaders and managers operate The full programme is completed over two years However experienced managers or those with previous qualifications may also be eligible to complete the course over a shorter period Please contact us directly to discuss the eligibility of prior qualification or experience
