As a dual degree program with Mercy College of Ohio students who want to have a residential and athletic experience during college can earn a degree that will allow them to sit for a registered nursing license Employment of RNs is expected to grow much faster than the average for all occupations through 2024 In fact registered nurses are projected to generate approximately 711 900 new jobs among the largest number of new jobs for any occupation The national annual wage for registered nurses ranges from 47 150 102 990 with the median wage being 68 450 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics
